The Heart Behind Rosalia’s Botanical Café
A café inspired by resilience, family, and the beauty of simple, nourishing things.
The Story Behind Rosalia’s
The owners of Rosalia’s Botanical Café, Ariel and Sherry Solomov, created this space as an homage to a dear relative, Ariel’s grandmother, Rosalia.
In the 1940s, Rosalia was taken from her home and sent to a labor camp in Siberia. Through unimaginable hardship, she survived, later building a life from nothing, raising her children, and giving endlessly to her family despite having very little.
She was the heart of her home—nurturing, resilient, and deeply connected to the land. Growing food, caring for others, and creating warmth wherever she was, she became a true role model to her children and everyone around her.
Rosalia’s is inspired by her spirit: a space rooted in resilience, family, and the beauty of simple, nourishing things.
Every detail of the café is meant to honor that legacy—from the calm, welcoming environment to the fresh ingredients and intentional presentation behind every drink and dessert.
Rosalia’s Botanical Café was created to be a place where people can slow down, connect, and enjoy something thoughtfully made.
